Sažetak
Contemporary changes in construction production are directed towards the implementation and development of quality management systems by each participant in construction. Quality management system stimulates the development of process approach: identification of processes in construction, their analysis, measurement and continuous improvement. Some of them are large and complex while the others are smaller and simple. All participants in their work manage with a great number of processes which are very much interdependent. Thus, their realization requires very developed organizational structure, determination of managerial and executive processes and the way of their realization, control and determination of efficiency. Adopting the process approach in construction projects quality improvement will be based on objective results.
