Sažetak
The exhibition was set up in the French pavilion in Zagreb, at the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the concentration camp Auschwitz-Birkenau. It focused on the sufferings of the Jews from Croatia during World War II, with a special emphasis on the fates of Jews deported to the CC Auschwitz-Birkenau. It was divided into four thematic units: 1. Excommunication, 2. Concentration and Liquidation, 3. Auschwitz – Death factory, 4. Sparkle in the Darkness. The last unit was dedicated to the Jews participants of the antifascist movement and to the Croatian Righteous among the Nations. In addition to those four thematic units, video clips of the survived inmates of the Auschwitz- Birkenau camp were presented as well as the Project of creating a list of names of victims killed at the Auschwitz-Birkenau camp.
