Sažetak
Evaluation of IT usage for enhanced process management systems is challenging issue due to specificities of application domain. This paper is focused on development of comprehensive evaluation framework for assessment of achieved impacts of implementation of different modern technologies (IoT, shared data platforms, AI, etc.) on effectiveness and optimization of business process managements in small and medium ports. Developed framework is general and adaptive, form the perspective of adaptiveness to specific organizational segments in ports, as well as availability of proposed indicators.
