Sažetak
New ISO 9001:2000 standard issued on December 15th, 2000 has implemented a whole new range of novelties within the quality management system. About half million of companies though entire world, certified and in compliance to one of the standards of ISO 9000:1994 family, has been given a period of three years to comply their quality management system with the requests of the new standard. Depending on the specific case, this adjustment could represent more simple but rather complicated organisational undertaking. The main novelty of new issued standard is emphasised process approach that includes efficiency measurement and continuous process improvement on the basis of measurement of achievement of objectives. Therefore it is recommended application of "Deming circle", known as "Plan-Do-Check-Act". Being the system for performance measurement, the Balanced scorecard has been introduced by R.S. Kaplan and D.P. Norton beginning nineties and on 1996 they have introduced an additional version as a system for strategic company management. Balanced scorecard could represent effective tool for realisation of standard ISO 9001:2000 requests. The possibility of effective relating to stated systems are noticed during the performance.
