Sažetak
ESG factors are becoming increasingly important in the world of investments, assessments of material and business opportunities, but also the risk of exposure of investors and companies. They are often interconnected, not strictly and fixedly defined, but their impact is potentially multiple and multidimensional. Social factors are referred to in the literature as factors for assessing the strengths and weaknesses of companies, while in sustainable investment they are important for assessing the ability to cope with the world of work, social trends and relevant policies.
