Sažetak
In this paper, the rolling-in expanded tube-to- tubesheet joints were experimentally studied with the focus on relationship between the tube expanding percentage and pull-out force. Pull- out force experiments were performed on previously prepared sets of specimens with and without groves in tubesheet holes. Results shows that, for tube-to-tubesheet joints with groves, pull-out force increases with tube expanding percentage, while for tube-to- tubesheet joints without groves pull-out force began to decrease after critical percentage. At lower tube expanding percentages, tube-to- tubesheet joints without groves gives significantly higher pull-out forces then joints with groves. Finally, pull-out force on specimen with equal tube and tubesheet material is approximately 2, 5 times higher than on specimen with different materials.
