Sažetak
Difference equation is said to have the shadowing property if in a vicinity of every approximate solution there exists an exact solution of the difference equation. In this talk, we will discuss the shadowing property for a class of semilinear difference equations of the form xn+1 = Anxn + fn(xn) n ∈ Z, (1) where An, n ∈ Z are bounded, linear and invertible operators on a Banach space X and fn : X → X, n ∈ Z is a sequence of Lipschitz maps. In particular, we will formulate conditions under which (1) exhibits the shadowing property, which unlike some previous works (see [1, 2]) don’t require any information related to the asymptotic behaviour of the linear part.
