Sažetak
This research is a comparative study that has dealt with the differences in work values of the social work students in two countries, the Republic of Croatia and the Republic of Slovenia, and with a different correlation of that system of values with their success in advancement in the academic environment. While the Croatian social work students displayed correlation between the value of altruism and success in studying, their Slovenian counterparts did not exhibit correlation between individual work values and success in learning
