Sažetak
During the COVID-19 pandemic, each country implemented its own social and economic policies in order to prevent the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The aim of this thesis is to explore which epidemiological measures were the most effective by analysing the social and economic indicators that represent a country. In addition, the time of reaction to an epidemic process in a country is also considered. This thesis aims to explore what behaviour should a country adopt to minimize the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, that is what government measures are effective. It also elaborates the differences between the countries that explain a difference in the spread of the virus.
