Sažetak
This paper analyzes the challenges for blockchain technology adoption in organizations. Exploratory literature review included 16 relevant papers that aren’t related to blockchain and cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, but discussing primarily non-technical aspects of blockchain adoption in organizations. Since blockchain is a hype technology and its application outside the financial sector is not yet mature, challenges and theoretical models used in current research for examining technology adoption are explored. Guidelines for future research and application in practice are also disclosed so blockchain could reach its full potential in organizations.
