Sažetak
The lecture related the relations between Croatian legal tradition and new citizenship law regime in the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes in the period from formation the new state until enactment of the first Citizenship Code of 1928. In the presentation the author argues about multinormativity in the administrative practice as a result of specific clash of traditions on Croatian-Slavonian area of the state.
