Sažetak
This paper analyzes the biblical intertext in the novella "The Little Prince" by the French author Antoine de Saint Exupéry. The essay discusses features of sacred story in the text ; and the key characters that are thought to recall biblical characters. Some similarities between minor episodes and text to the Proverbs are analyzed. Some symbols of Christian tradition, such as Christmas, are also stressed. The novella uses the biblical symbols changing their aspects by placing them in the new context, yet maintaining respect for the Bible and Christian tradition.
