Sažetak
This paper explores the level of implementation of the gender equality policy in the EU Member States. The aim of this paper is to prove that the most of the MS sufficiently implemented EU gender equality standards into the national legislation. However the issue of gender mainstreaming remains problematic in its implementation into national policies on gender equality.
