Sažetak
This paper analyses the current state of play on equal pay discrimination in Croatia. The analysis is based on the results of research conducted in 2019 for the purpose of the European Commission final report on the Study to support the evaluation of the relevant provisions in Directive 2006/54/EC implementing the Treaty principle 'equal pay for equal work or work for equal value'. Among the situation in all 27 EU Member States, the study analyses how equal pay and pay transparency are tackled in Croatia and to what extent the provisions on equal pay of Directive 2006/54/EC have been transposed into Croatian legislation.
