Sažetak
The growing demand for managing knowledge resource and developing learning organizations emanates from the increased competition. In a learning organization, an important source of competitive advantage is individual learning and development, coaching and mentoring, support from managers and leaders. High-quality coaching and mentoring can help the reflective practice grow and develop. However, both include skills that can not be taken for granted and have to be consciously developed in the organization.
