Sažetak
This chapter reports on a case study conducted with the aim of suggesting some new approaches to translator education and methodology. As much as translating and publishing books for children and young adults represents a significant share of the publishing industry in most European coutries, this specific type of translator training rarely finds its way in the curricula at the tertiary level. For that reason, we conceived this study to get a better insight into the possibilities of interregional translation project which could help us gain more knowledge related to the process of collaborative translation. In addition to this, we wanted to provide our students with the opportunity to play with language on the one hand, and to explore their intercultural and creative competences through translating Hoffmanns Struwwelpeter (Shock-Headed Peter) on the other hand.
