Sažetak
Social media does not only influence the creation of trends, it also modifies society. The first task of social media was to connect its users and enable them easier communication for which in present is simplified and creates communication in any way, time and place. As a result, social media has, with its own develompment, turned to upgrading business communication. As the largest social media platform, Facebook is the leader in the creation of trends and functions that allow companies and brands to reach out to their target group of users. Facebook is attempting to lean towards the development of the business aspect of the stream which has influenced the appearance of new activities, and without it we would be unable to invision the communication strategy of companies, brands or public persons. The social media manager is responsible for the presentation of a specific company, brand or a person to an online society with which it communicates. The way Facebook is being used in business contexts has encouraged the idea that stands behind the following research, which consisted in asking a series of questions to Dhar Media agency's social media managers in order to analyze the communication strategy applied to the official Facebook page of Nature Box. In the reaserch, quantitative methods were utilized for a broader interview and case study which were led between April 2019 and June 2019. The research has showed that social media managers expect everyday communication with its users. Also, the managers respect ceratain rules of online communication that are aligned to the image and identity brands publicly have on social media platforms. Furtermore, the reaserch has reflected the way social media managers and its users talk to each others, keeping a friendly attitude and showing a high level of respect throughout the whole conversation, and this type of communication is sustainable regardless the tone of the user as long as serious threats are not involved, for which other actions take place.
