Sažetak
Every person moving from one country to another must be given the right to respect for private and family life. Preserving family unity means to guarantee the fundamental right of the respect for private and family life. People who circulate should be guaranteed family unity through the right to family reunification. The family reunification defines situations where the person who is a resident in a EU Member State wishes to be joined by family members left behind when he/she migrated.
