Sažetak
In one way or another various psychometric topics were always present in the program of each psychological conference traditionally taking place every other December at our Faculty. And whoever attended Ramiro Bujas Days would certainly remember the talks that used to attract the audience by intriguing psychometric questions or thought- provoking interpretations of study results. As it was often the case, one could find in the audience not only the listeners mainly interested in a particular psychometric issue but also those simply wishing to benefit from inimitably inspiring way of presenting ideas and explaining findings. Of course, the lecturer was Professor Alija Kulenović. Ramiro Bujas Days were always a special event for him. He probably never missed to attend and give a lecture at any of the conferences. He just understood it as an exclusive duty. He enjoyed composing talks and preparing slides and overheads for his presentations, but also he used to change radically the way and contents of what he was actually presenting depending on how he gauged the interest of the audience. And whenever he managed to challenge the opposing views from the audience and provoke an argument there was a special delight for him. He eagerly listened and reflected on presentations by other colleagues. He was especially enthusiastic about the novices and the youngest presenters. He never missed to comment and encourage the work of colleagues no matter how young or experienced they were in their tries to use psychometric tools, theory and methodology. This symposium is dedicated to him.
