Sažetak
Within the interdisciplinary scientific project Digitization, bibliographic description and research of texts written on Glagolitic, Croatian Cyrillic and Latin scripts until the end of 19th century in Zadar and Šibenik area carried out at the University of Zadar in co- operation with Vestigia Manuscript Research Centre of University of Graz, Austria, and within scientific Centre for Research in Glagolitism of University of Zadar, the rich collection of Glagolitic manuscripts of Zadar county have been digitized and catalogued. The integrated data bases of Glagolitic manuscripts were built in Indigo information system in such a way to enable users, predominantly scholars, but also the community, to find, identify and access the (data on) Glagolitic manuscripts, as well as to explore existing relationships between the objects and related watermarks, agents, or places. To be able to create the data base which will describe the objects and mirror its rich contexts and relations, information specialists worked close with humanities specialists. Two main benefits of that cooperation will be demonstrated: (1) metadata enriched by the former research results in humanities will result in rich description and controlled relations between entities in and outside catalogue, all together building (2) smart cultural heritage catalogue based on humanities research which demonstrate the state of the art in humanities, generate new research questions and as such presents a base point for new humanities research. In the presentation, the rich, structured, authorized, trustful (meta)data on Glagolitic manuscript collection will be presented, together with the draft of the model of public enrichment of data as well as the possibilities of using bibliographic data in humanities’ research.
