Microtubule-associated proteins, neuronal growth cone composition and translocation, tau gene organization and regulation, structure of tau proteins, post-translational modifications of tau proteins, binding sites of phospho anti-tau antibodies, pattern of tau monoclonal antibodies, their epitopes, putative kinases and the respective cellular pathology, transient expression of phosphorylated fetal tau isoform in rat and human cerebral cortex, developmental regulation of fetal tau phosphorylation, predilection sites and pathway of neurofibrillary degeneration in aging and Alzheimer's disease, tau phosphorylation, mobilisation and axonal sprouting in the context of reactivation of fetal plasticity mechanisms in Alzheimer's disease, other diseases with abundant tau-positive filamentous lesions, hereditary tauopathies, neurodegenerative diagnosis through more accurate analysis of cerebrospinal fluid.
