[Editor’s Summary] The book includes lectures given at a round table organized in Malinska on August 27, 2015 for the 25th anniversary of the adoption of the first Croatian Constitution, whose initial draft had been crafted in August 1990 in Malinska and is, therefore, known as the “Krk Constitution.” Edited by Assistant Professor Tomislav Galović who also wrote the introduction, it offers the following articles: “Foreword: For a Return to the Ideals of the Krk Draft of the Christmas Constitution” by Branko Smerdel, full professor and head of the Chair of Constitutional Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb.
