Sažetak
Hydrogen exchange mass spectrometry has the unique capability to record the footprint of protein-protein interaction using a comparatively small sample of purified protein. We have proposed a framework to increase the resolution and interpretability of the output of this type of experiment using molecular dynamics simulation.
