Sažetak
EU has over time adopted a number of documents, mostly of nonbinding or consultative nature. These are i.e. EU Strategy of Information security, recent EU Security Agenda, Additional Policy Documents. Unfortunately, even though some of the member states have developed information security industry, most of them lack operative, industrial and R&D resources. Rapid development and evolution of information security threats and responses, as seen before, is a challenge even for the most developed economies, public administrations and legal systems.
