Sažetak
The financial crisis caused by the increased rate of the Swiss franc related to the Euro has raised a number of problems for transition countries and their citizens who had Swiss franc denominated or indexed loans (the Swiss loans). Due to the circumstances, one of the main economic, financial, legal and social issues in solving this problem was find the effective mechanism that would ensure legal protection for the consumers of these financial services.
