Sažetak
THE EFFECT OF SOME FUNGICIDES ON THE FERMENTATION OF MUST-Great importance is attached today to disease control on grape-vine especially of grey mould using varied fungicides. Some of these products have a big influence on fermentation. In our experiments we followed the intensity of fermentation of must produced from grapes treated with one of these fungicides: Ronilan, Rovral, Sumilex and Mycodifol. It was confirmed that Rovral, Ronilan and Sumilex did not stop the fermentation whils the Mycodifol did. The percent of alcohol in wine produced from bunches treated with Mycodifol was the last. There was no specific difference between the three fungicides and control must. The residues of fungicides in must and wine were estimmated by gas-liqyid chromatography which affirmed that the residues were below the permitted tolerance.
