Sažetak
The alternative for autogenous bone blocks are the alloplastic, xenogenic and allogenic bone blocks. With the use of allogenic bone blocks the need for the donor site, its morbidity and complications, is avoided. However, the total surgical time was not significantly reduced. The aim of this case report was to present a 45 year old patient with tooth loss in the anterior maxillary segment. After 5 months a CBCT scan demonstrated sufficient bone density and integration of the allogeneic bone block. Regenerative therapy with Cad-Cam presheped allogenic bone blocks may be the treatment of choice for patients looking for a less invasive regenerative therapy because of reduced morbidity and total time of surgery.
