Sažetak
Although the concept of (de)constitutionalization of the legal orders is an important term in both the political and legal discourse, systematic empirical research on this process regarding particular legal orders is still missing. Besides contributing to a better understanding of de(constitutionalization) through a conceptual analysis, this paper also intends to offer guidance for the development of theoretical models that could serve the purpose of empirical inquiries into the process of constitutionalization and deconstitutionalization.
