Sažetak
Genetic diversity was investigated by means of RAPD-markers on 24 individuals per population. The species is highly polymorphic since 6 Primers generated almost 200 markers of wich over 90 % were polymorphic. On average cultivars revealed a higher degree of polymorphism than ecotypes. All populations showed a distinct banding pattern. By means of AMOVA the molecular variance could be partioned: For ecotypes 70% was due ti the variability within the population while 24 5 derived from among populations.The latter can be interpreted as genetic diversity. The respective figures for cultivars were about 55 vs. 45 %, thus showing a higher degree of genetic diversity. based on pairwise differences genetic distances ranged from 0.24 to 0.56 between cultivars and 0.28 to 0.44 between ecotypes. Dendrograms were constructed by means of UPGMA-clustering based on Jaccard coefficient of similarity. To even better visualise the interreltionships among the two sets and among all populations Principle Coordinate Analysis was applied.
