Sažetak
In this Chapter the authors have analysed different types of risks companies are exposed to. Strategic, financial and operational risks are described in a manner understandable to students, practitioners and scientist and may be used in any type of organization. Each risk is defined and divided into subtypes. Different methods of managing risks are analysed in the context of holistically managing risks (the ERM approach). The Chapter is highly practical due to analysis of different types of risks on actual examples from business practice. The authors are discussing possible influences of COVID-19 pandemic on different types of risks.
