Sažetak
This article analyses the impact of legal doctrine on the legal regulation of administrative disputes. First, the author points to the significance of doctrine in terms of legal regulations and practice. He focuses on the study of law as a discipline focused on the preparatory actions for the creation of law, as well as monitoring their implementation in practice. The author analyses the process of adopting the latest Act on Administrative Disputes in Croatia, focusing on the respective stages of enacting the draft text. Finally, he focuses on the critical comments of the literature on several institutions contained in the Act, and foresees some amendments as a result. In conclusion, he assesses the strength of the impact of legal doctrine on applicable regulations
