Sažetak
Advances in medicine result in extended life expectancy, so there are more and more elderly people in the population. Some of them suffer from neurodegenerative diseases, and there is a need to monitor these persons. There are many devices developed for that purpose, but in this paper, mesh wireless network for different Bluetooth devices supervising is presented. There are some situations when the person that has to be monitored does not want to wear a device specifically developed for monitoring. The mesh wireless network presented in the paper is used to monitor the presence of various Bluetooth devices. Therefore, it is a necessary condition, for the registration of the presence, that a person carries any device that uses Bluetooth technology. The proposed system allows a person monitoring without forcing him or her to wear a device that they are not used to.
