Sažetak
The editorial foreword to the Yearbook of Antitrust and Regulatory Studies, 2020, vol. 13(22), written by the issue co-editors, Prof Maciej Bernatt (University of Warsaw) and Prof Jasminka Pecotić Kaufman (University of Zagreb), gives a brief introduction to the published articles. This YARS issue is focused on competition law and policy developments in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as South- Eastern Europe. Several of the articles are based on research which was originally presented at a conference held in December 2019 at the University of Zagreb under the auspices of the Academic Society for Competition Law (ASCOLA).
