Sažetak
Assessment of Croatian boatbuilding industry in the international perspective is given as an introduction to the paper. A review of Croatian and European market follows, as well as a review of Croatian boatbuilding production program and largest Croatian manufacturers. In the fourth paragraph, drivers for foundation of a Boatbuilding Cluster are given, as well as the chronology of foundation. The grounds and business objectives of the Cluster are further elaborated. Market research findings are exposed, to finally make conclusions about the required strategies of Boatbuilding Cluster LLC.
