Sažetak
This paper presents the deviation measurement results of the diameters and conical parts of the reamed bores in steel with standard cylindrical reamers with guiding edges with various lengths of the cylindrical part and various conicity of the conical part. By lengthening the cylindrical part in principle, more determined concinity of the bore are obtained, but only with the length of the cylindrical part of 3 mm this determination becomes well defined. With longer cylindrical parts of the guiding edges, the tendency of sticking of the reamer in the bore used to occur. Changes of the conicity of the secondary edges have not affected the size of the generated conicity of the bore. As regards the size of the bore diameter deviation, the length of the cylindrical part has generated minimal deviationus.
