Sažetak
In this paper activities of Néstor Kirchner (2003-2007) and Cristina Fernández de Kirchner (2007-2015), which were to contribute to the formal and direct democratic control of the main intelligence service of Argentina, as well as the activities of the media that are expected to informally and indirectly exert democratic control over intelligence are presented. Authors conclude that the activities of both presidents and the media during the rule of the Kirchners are a continuation of the process of democratization, but that the results ultimately contributed only slightly to the democratic control of Argentina's intelligence service.
