Sažetak
An inportant part of ongoing studies of inflammatory bowel disease is the use of animal models that can be pharmacologicaly manipulated. The aim of this study was to demonstrate the effects of cyclosporine A an acute colonic lesions induced with challenge enema of 2.4-DNFB in previously sensitized BALB-c mice.
