Treatment options for Herring class B/C of Perthes disease are surgical as one want to make treatment long-term outcomes better than natural history of disease. However, the best surgical option is still controversial for B/C class. Author present several modalities of surgical treatment options discussing which one could be the best and why. Presentation is given with examples from own personal data base.
