Sažetak
Samplings for PBS in port of Durres were performed on June 6th, 2014 and November 6th, 2014 at 3 sites for water column analysis (D1, D2 and D3) and two sites for benthic analysis (D4 and D5). Standard chemical and biological methods for seawater analysis were conducted. The sampled parameters were: 1. Abiotic parameters (temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, water transparency), at three sites/depths: surface, 3 m and bottom ; 2. Nutrients: (TAN, NO3-N, NO2-N, PO4-P) at three sites/depths: surface, 3 m and bottom ; 3. Bacteria: Enterococci and Escherichia coli at three station: D1, D2, D3 ; 4. Plankton: (phyto-, zoo- and ichthyoplankton) ; 5. Benthos (phyto- and zoobenthos) ; 6. Fish. Microphytoplankton population density (Prymnesiophyceae, Dictyochophyceae, Bacillariophyceae and Dinophyceae) were recorded in total. Diatoms were the most dominant group. Pseudonitzschia spp. was the most abundant taxa.
