Sažetak
It is certain that in today's market conditions, there is always a change. Countries that realize this have a predisposition for economic growth and development. It is important for countries to realize that the concept of economic growth and development has changed in relation to the concept from the beginning of the 21st century. The economy is in the phase of deep structural changes, where it is between the hitherto dominant "mass economy", which is based on mass production and uses energy, on the one hand and the "knowledge economy", which is on the other side in which there is the focus shifts to the knowledge factor. This is one of the most important challenges that countries have faced in recent decades, which is closely related to the growing importance of non-physical capital, that is, human and intellectual capital, to create wealth. The last decades have been marked by increased interest in entrepreneurship, which allows them to prevail and be used to change in an uncertain environment. Today, there is a widespread perception that the success of the knowledge economy, it largely depends on entrepreneurship, which is one of the main drivers of economic growth and development. The latest evolution in comprehensible entrepreneurship advocates an increasing emphasis on taking a holistic and multifaceted view of entrepreneurship, where the opinion of "ecosystems as support for entrepreneurship" is advocated. The paper will focus on entrepreneurial ecosystems and analyze the influential elements during the reading of the life cycle of a new venture.
