Sažetak
The world we live in is one of organization. Inside a business organization there are numerous factors which affect its success, and a particularly crucial factor among them is human resources. People are also the ones who determine strategic management in an organization (of a company) through which they carry out their strategy. For an organization to stay competitive, creativity and innovation of its carriers are very important. Innovations are one of the best ways for companies to create new values for money. Innovative management therefore represents creative, educated and highly professional administrative personnel. Due to the financial crisis we have been facing these past few years, growing importance is attached to managers as vital parts of human resources in an organization. Their reaction to the business crisis in a company leads the company out of the crisis. The success greatly depends on the manager’s education hence reminding us again of the importance of human resources in an organization. The financial crisis the world was struck by in 2008 caused the biggest global economic crisis since World War II.
