Sažetak
Integration of information and communication technologies with institutional infrastructure and all its users represents a developmental precondition for quality electronic and mobile learning. Modern approaches to learning and the development of quality educational process in higher education depend directly on the quality of implemented technologies, i.e. computer equipment, mobile devices and applicative (mobile) solutions for both current and new educated programs, and the distribution quality of computer and/or mobile networks. Developing modern approaches to higher education improves the quality of educational services and increases customer satisfaction. In return, additional value is created for higher education institution, the development of a knowledge society and the institution´s influence on the international market through educational and research internationalization.
