Sažetak
The role of national reference laboratories (NRLs) in the environmental programme for the Danube river basin is described. The NRLs have to confirm agreement with the recommendations of the Laboratory, Monitoring Working Group and to discuss areas of common concern, such as analytical methods for transnational monitoring and the needs for future work including minimum levels of AQC.
