Sažetak
We report the case of a 35-year old woman who presented with a gingival mass localized in upper vestibule (region 11, 21) where two implants were placed 2 years ago. That was diagnosed as extranodal T non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (PTCL NOS, ALC neg, stage IE). The patient was treated with chemo-radio therapy and explantation of all implants in the upper jaw, thus achieving a complete remission.
