Sažetak
Cluttering is a fluency disorder, often marked with rapid and/or irregular articulatory rate, higher than average frequency of normal (non- stutter-like) disfluencies and reduce intelligibility due to exaggerated coarticulation and imprecise articulation. Although cluttering has been a subject of interest of researchers and clinicians in a field of a speech and language pathology for a long time, there is still no uniform opinion about its etiology, differential diagnostics and therapy. One of the reasons is that cluttering often starts and occurs in conjunction with other disorders (stuttering, ADHD, learning disabilities, disorders of reading and writing). An overview of new acknowledgments about definitions, characteristics, possible causes, diagnostics and differentiation of cluttering was given in this paper. There is a special discussion on data inventories:Predictive Cluttering Inventory (Dali i Cantrell, 2006) and Revised Predictive Cluttering Inventory (Van Zaalen i sur, 2009). On the end, the critical review on diagnostics and differential diagnostics was given.
