Sažetak
The presidency is judged by its efficiency and that should always be kept in mind. For Croatia achieving efficiency will be much harder then for Romania due to heterogeneity of the new European Parliament. Croatian Presidency should focus on closing as many files as possible rather than on introducing new topics a the legislative agenda.
