Sažetak
The aim of this paper is to give a preview of the indicators that can be used in educational process controlling. First the educational process is defined and some of its features are explained. The accent is given on educational process variation and capability explanation. Then educational process effectiveness and efficiency are analyzed. The presentation of the basic concepts of educational process management and control follows. Then, the importance of educational process measurement is evidenced. Finally, a selection of educational process control indicators is presented.
