Sažetak
Within this study, through optimisation of process and formulation parameters, stable azelaic acid nanocrystaline suspension has been produced. Improved solubility and dissolution rate is expected to result in advanced biopharmaceutical properties, primarily dermal bioavailability and efficacy.
