Sažetak
Prolactin inhibitory tests as well as stimulatory tests were performed in 33 patients with endoscopically proven duodenal ulcers (DU) and in 32 healthy volonteers. Delayed response in inhibition of prolactine release as well as in stimulation of prolactin release was observed in DU patients compared to healthy voluonteers. The results implicate the role of the dopamine- prolactin axis in the pathogenesis of DU disease.
