Sažetak
Fundamental determinations of the work in the society based on knowledge are analysed in this chapter through the analysis of the general conceptually theoretical frame and using analysis of the fundamental social determinants of the knowledge-based development. It particularly includes education, investments into science and developing of the new technologies (primarily Information & Communication Technologies – ICT) of which engagement depends the very appearance as well as development of socio-economic determinants of the knowledge society and social changes based on replacing traditional classic forms of work and out coming social relations.
